3 3/4 pounds baked Ham, low fat
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown Sugar
24 ounce natural apple sauce
24 ounce canned lite sliced pears
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
In an electric skillet on medium heat, lightly saute' apple sauce and pears. Add in brown sugar and cinnamon and allow to cook. Simmer until the compote has thickened.
Serve ham with the compote on the side.
