9 ounce Beef for Stir Fry
1 pound Japanese Vegetables for Stir Fry
2 tablespoons Chopped Garlic
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
In an electric skillet on medium high heat, add oil and saute' garlic and steak until it starts to turn brown on all sides, add vegetables and continue to saute' until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Recipe yields 3 servings.
