2 slices Rye Loaf Bread
2 ounces sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
1 thin slice of Swiss Cheese
1/8 cup sauerkraut, drained
2 teaspoons olive oil
Build sandwich with a slice of bread as the base, then layer the turkey, sauerkraut, cheese and the final slice of bread. In an electric skillet on medium high heat, add a small amount of oil to the skillet. Place sandwich in the skillet carefully to ensure it doesn't fall apart. Grill sandwich on both sides until golden brown and cheese has melted.
Recipe yields 1 sandwich.
